The ICET A900PET product is made of a polyester fiber non-woven material as the substrate, which can be coated with anti-corrosion acoustic aluminum foil at the same time. Description |
• The sound-absorbing material substrate is made of organic rubber material, which is green and environmentally friendly • The material does not collapse and its acoustic performance is stable • Stable performance temperature: -20 to+80 ℃; • Tensile strength: 60-90Kpa (ISO1798) • Pass the test for VOC and formaldehyde content • The oxygen index of the material is greater than 35% • The material has passed the UL94-2014 test in the United States and meets the V0 level test • Pass the FMVSS302 testing standard • Certified according to the German standard VDA270 for automotive odor testing, with room temperature at Level 2 and 80 ℃ at Level 3; • available with high-quality adhesive technology for easy installation • pass the test for antifungal properties • pass temperature and heat resistance tests in the automotive industry |

Application for bus: composite materials for body side panels/headliner/engine compartment
