1.Based on the noise characteristics of electric buses and customer requirements, ICET proposes the following solution:
2. Noise reduction in the rear axle area - Paste Aisite 2MM sound barrier (part number: ZQGYD-2MM) under the floor in the rear axle area
3. Interior of square steel in the rear axle area - Aisite composite sound insulation material (part number: ICETFH-27MM) is laid in the interior of the frame structures.
4. Exterior sound insulation and noise reduction - Paste the Aisite 2MM sound insulation material (part number: ZQGYD-2MM) on the inner and outer sheet metal of the electronic fan and air pump, and use rivets to reinforce the material after installation to prevent detachment.
5. Rear cabin door sound insulation and noise reduction - Aisite composite sound insulation and absorption material (part number: ICETFH-27MM) is laid inside the rear cabin door, and the aluminum mesh panel is fixed with a pressure strip reinforcement material to prevent detachment.

D | Noise area of electronic components in rear axle (outside the vehicle) | 4 | 2mm sound barrier material |
ZQGYD-2MM |
Note:Please verify the specific materials with our engineers.
7. Construction Notes
(1) All sealing and noise reducing materials need to be firmly attached to the original floor and skin to avoid cavities;
(2) The sound insulation material needs to be fully laid beneath the floor as a whole first, and then get installed as a whole onto the floor steel frame;
(3) If holes need to be cut, please cut them after the floor and sound insulation materials are installed;
(4) When installing the floor and sound insulation materials onto the skeleton, sealant should be applied around the joints to seal them continuously;
(5) Cracks and holes can affect the noise reduction effect, so during the construction process, all gaps and holes need to be sealed or filled.
